NET2 was a development version of the Clonk Endeavour engine which featured enhanced networking code and Linux portability. The next Clonk release Clonk Rage is based on NET2.
An alpha version of the NET2 engine (internally also called PORT) was used for most of the #clonken network matches during the development. The old versions are no longer available, but can still be downloaded from the Clonk-Center.
